THIS SPECIAL EVENT IS HOSTED AT SAM'S ICE CREAM SHOP IN ADVANCE, NC We are hosting member appreciation events this summer! All members of LPH are invited to attend (one play date per family, unless space allows for more) and inviting potential new family’s to come check us out!! Sam’s Ice Cream in Advance will provide the ice cream to each registered child (one per) Come join us for some fun and music and a sweet treat this summer, while meet some wonderful families in our community! Who's up for a musical play date and ice cream bash that's totally off the charts! LEARN and PLAY HOORAY& SAM’S ICE CREAM have joined forces to create a wildly unique family event that's all about music, movement, and seriously yummy ice cream (playgroup geared towards 9mo-4years, activities planned for children 5-10years
Cancellation Policy
Class Policies & Gentle Reminders Refunds: When you enroll, we hold your child's spot just for them—and once a class fills up, we turn other families away. That's why all class passes, drop-ins, and membership payments are non-refundable. Make-Up Classes: Life with little ones happens! If your child is sick or you miss a class, you are always welcome to schedule a make-up session in any open class within 4 weeks (as long as space allows and your membership is active). Unused make-ups expire after 4 weeks. Siblings: Bringing a brother or sister along? Non-registered siblings age 1 and older are welcome to join the fun with a drop-in pass! Weather & Closures: Mother Nature can be unpredictable! If in-person class is canceled due to weather, we’ll keep the fun going with a live online session whenever possible. If our host facility closes on your regular class day, we’ll make sure you get a make-up pass for another session. Pausing or Canceling: Need to pause or cancel? We'll be sad to see you go! Because we reserve your spot each month, we ask for 30 days' written email notice before your next billing date. You can also pause your membership for up to 2 months. Just send us an email and we'll take care of everything—no hard feelings, and you're always welcome back! Waivers: Safety first! Please make sure your digital waiver is completed online before attending your first class.
